Try kickboxing. If you have Comcast, you can go to the On Demand screen and click on their Fitness category; They have kickboxing, dancing, pilates and a whole bunch of other stuff there. If you don’t have Comcast, there are a bunch of videos online and they’re really fun! When I first decided to start losing weight, I kick boxed for 20 minutes everyday and I lost anywhere from 3-5 pounds a week. (Noticeably in my stomach and legs).
